How to select appropriate ohm/square to achieve 100 Ohms?

I need S matrix of 100 Ohm thin film resistor. Would be great if s2p file covers bandwidth of 6-20GHz, but i'll be greatful for anything :>
anyway i've tried to simulate response in sonnet. However i don't know how to select appropriate ohm/square to achieve 100Ohms :< So if you have simulated results in sonnet/hfss or other fullwave simulator and you would like to help plz send me results.

Usually the vendor provide 100 ohm/square or 50 ohm/square thin film resistors. 50 ohm is more common than the 100 ohm. If you use 50 ohm, then you will need a ratio of length to width 2 to get the one hundred ohm. This is based on the simple DC calsulation. Actuall performance also relies on distributed effects. It, however, depends on the size of the resistor. If the size is ver small, then you can mimimize the distributed circuit effects. Both MWO and ADS have good model for this. and you do not have to use 3D solver.

Thanks for your reply, however this is like 6 months old post and i found a solution :)
You are right that ads has built in models that you can use. The problem is that you can't trust accuracy at 20GHz that's why i needed fullem simulation or measured results.
