Simplified analytical expression of MOS varactors

MOS varactors

Hi,

does anybody have simplified analytical expression of MOS varactors ?
I've read many articles about them and the only article I found was one of Thomas Lee's group about accumulation mode, where some analytical expressions were given but no derivation of them what makes it difficult to read.

Try these papers from IEEE and others, I don't have them however here.

Try fabricate one and measure the s parameters, or
using some fitting method after reading your technology data sheet,in general your design kit will include some varactor design
