Cadence v16 to OrCAD v9.2 sch and layout file conversion?

Is it possible to convert OrCAD Capture (.DSN) and Layout (.MAX) files between version 9.2.3 and version 16 (i.e. Allegro PCB Editor)?

Could a version 16.x Capture schematic be converted to ver 9.2.3, edited, saved and converted back to 16.x? Would this be possible if the 16.x schematic was saved in an earlier format?

Could a Cadence version 16.x PCB Editor (Allegro .brd) file be converted to OrCAD Layout 9.2.3 (.MAX), edited, saved and converted back to 16.x? Would this be possible if the 16.x .brd file was saved in an earlier format?

Hi,
I know only that both libraries are not compatible-is it not a problem for conversions?

regarding DSN it is possible to save version 16 to a lower version (version7.2) from file save as. then it can be opened in 9.2

9.2 version can directly open in 16
