PCB at home

Hello all,

I'm using the toner transfer methode to make my PCB. Currently I'm studing the idea of using the inkjit printers which can print on CD-DVD disks. I found couple of printers but with very high coast. the cheapest is hp-5363 which uses the inks 140 & 141.

Did any budy tried this type of printers for PCB drawing on the board? is it good? is there are any advises?

any help is graetly appreciated.

i don't thin it will work, there is cd holder for printing cd's , if using copper clad you have to fix it the surface with some method, but the risk is touching the printer head...

I was thinking of using those laser printer sheets to do some simple
prototypes etching with - is this the method you are moving away from?

Does anyone else have any experience of doing this?
(I dont need perfection from it just something workable obviously)
