Help me to get a job

Hi to all.
I finished my BE in telecom.
And i finished my VLSI course in one of the institute,but no company came for campus.
can any one tell me how to enter in to a vlsi company,though there is no any call from companies.

You may not get jobs directly..
So better try for INTERNSHIP in any VLSI based company..

Give some more Details about U..
