Who can suggest me which old GSM phones are suitable for easy connection to any microcontroller through standard serial connection? An old GSM phone can cost even less han 10$ on ebay!
But nokia phones, for example, does not usually support AT commands, they use FBUS and MBUS protocol, so they're not suitable.

Hi,
You may use the Siemens S35, C35, S45 or any other using interface cable

Some old Nokia phones I tried that support AT commands are 6210 and 6310.

I have used Sony Ericsson T290 and support text and pdu mode

thanks to all!

p.s.
