Dear All,
I am new to 8051, and I have 2 questions that I hope some one can answer me.
I have 2 winbond chips here,
A. W78E058B (8bit microcontroller)
B. W29EE011 (1M Flash Memory)
Basically, I want to Interface them together, but I don't know how to.
1. In W78E058B document, It does tell me how to interface with external Program Memory and Data Memory. However, my question is. if i want to use W29EE011 as external data memory, Where the A15, and A16 connect to? (no need at all??)
2. If it is set to be a Data Memory, can I Read and Write( and rease) to the Memory driectly deon the controller??
