Any one designed Pcb Using Blackfin532 ,LAN,Ethernet etc ?

Hi PCb Friends,

What are the guideline we have to implement in this PCB.

In this board i used Blackfin532 IC 176pTQFP, Sdram,Flash,ethernet controller ,audio codec,USb host ,Magnetics,Lan and some more Pheripherals.

I planned to do in 6 layer can any one suggest spacing rules for this and also good stackup.

impedance 90 ohms and 100ohms has to be maintained

I did layout for ethernet.....Consider the signals as differential pairs and route the signals as per the imp., u require.by default 5 mils trace width and 10 mils spacing and terminate at the destination.Better route the high frequency signals on the inner layer and provide the proper reference plane to maintain the imp.,
