hello ,

I want to generate 4 pulses at different load of a diesel generator say 1st at 60A second at 70 and third ad 80 and then at 90A.

Please explian the circuit/hardware for this. Will CT with shunt will be correct method or is there any other easy solution to this.
regards

Hi

Use Analog ADE7754 IC it will do the entire work - you need to access it using SPI bus

Be cerfull when working in high voltage circuit !

All the best

yes, that can be a solution,

you can use a ADE7754 IC or ADE7758 IC.
These Integrated Circuits provide a full measurement of power signals.
The CT with one of these components make a powerful kit.
I have made it for my Thesis.

The Rshunt can be a trimpot(200ohm aproximmetly). It`s useful for fine adjustments.

Albert

As this three phase , you cann't use shunt only .

Now, the ICs given below is for measuring , so any way u will need a coorect CT and resistance across it or other current sensing element (like hall effect sensor).

All the best
