hi all!

how die size can reduce when i change the technology from 0.35 um to 0.18 um for analog circuit?

can explain in term formula and theory?

thx

die size

For same transconductance, transistor's area (L X W) reduces from 0.35um (0.35u X W) to 0.18um (0.18u X W/2).
