first : I want to know a good reference in noise analysis (other than Razavi's book).

second: If a large GBW multistage amplifier is to be designed, how to minimize its noise , and what is the effect of frequency compensation on noise (especially if a feed forward transconductance is used in compensation)?

Are you looking for RFIC noise analysis or RF Systems noise analysis?

quaternion,
See "Analysis and Measurement of Intrinsic Noise in OpAmp Circuits" by Art Kay. It's a five part series that is downloadable. Google on the title.

Kral

Why are you think so? I am asking in general either RF or ordinary analog.

Thanks Karl.

Because actually noise analyzes for RF Systems are differ from RFIC. I probably can help you with RF Systems noise analyzes but not with RFIC.

yes, I was asking about noise in ICs not system noise analysis.

"Structured Electronic Design" by dr. Chris Verhoeven et al might be a good book for you. It presents a very well structured design methodology for feedback amplifiers which could also be easily applied to other circuits. (oscillators, bandgap references, etc.) The noise analysis is discussed extensively in this book, as well as the design optimization for distortion, frequency compensation, biasing, etc.

IC is not my area, so I am sorry but cannot help.
