Hi Guys!
do you know if there exist a software where it is possible to draw a complex RLC network (maybe also with some controlled sources somewhere) and to obtain the symbolic equations for input and output impedance??? :?:
This is because I am getting crazy in analyzing a huge network to find output impedance symbolically.
Thank you very much

Leron

Tina may do it. You can get Tina v.6 student version.

It looks nice.. but how to define a model for a component??
i have several BJTs which are modeled in pi-network with also base resistance.
Btw thank you !!!

Leron

PS: sorry i did a mistake in the subject of the topic!!!

Symbolic analysis can be done only for linear circuits in Tina. Transistors are nonlinear.

This is not completely true because if you consider a small signal model of a BJT (like the ones in ADS device-linear library) it is linear by definition.
Actually my question was about small signal modelling in TINA.
Bye
