star delta conversion

help to get circuit for automatic control of load i.e if the load decrease below 50% it should change to star automaticaly.
and if load increases it should change again to delta.
using any controller

delta star conversion

Hello,

See the attachment, which you can find page 19 - page22 deals with STAR to DELTA and vice versa.

If you need more information, contact me.

All the best,

delta to star conversion

do any one have projects based on star delta star conversion using microcontroller

star delta conversion formula

I'm confused, if you are actually asking for star delta star conversion or wye-delta switching of a three phase load, e. g. a motor.

star-delta conversion

i want for motor which as to doas below

It should automatic control the load i.e if the load decrease below 50% it should change to star automaticaly.
and if load increases it should change again to delta.
using any controller ,i want the circuit

thankz

Yes, that was also my original understanding of your question. I think, the circuit can be made from a usual wye-delta motor starter (three contactors and a time-relay to define a switch-over deadtime) and a adjustable current measurement relay. The output of the current measement relay should have a sufficient filtering to ignore current transients during switch-over, otherwise additional time-relais for programmable delay can be used.

P.S.: My assumption is, that current consumption will be lower in wye circuit, so a natural hyteresis is created. If this is not the case, the current measurement relay must either have a sufficient hysteresis or two threshold output contacts.
