Hi,

Can anyone suggest how i can determine the crosstalk of 2 adjacent microstrip line or CPW line using 2 port VNA measurement setup.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hello

Direct way is terminate one ends of lines and connect VNA ports to free ends

Hi,

Thanks for the advise, however is there any other alternative ways? Because my lines will be fabricated on wafer and thus require the use of microprobe for measurement. Because of this i will have problem placing 2 probes side by side for measurement and termination.

Thank you very much

You seem bo be asking for s21 and implying that it is not practical to measure directly.

In this case I cwould consider a good field solver. Without starting a fight over which is best, my choice is HFSS. Others will certainly have other opinions. The simulation may be the most practical way to an answer, but it still is a simulation.
