Hi all,
I have a doubt related to the angle of incidence in infinite arrays (FSS). In the excitations -> incidente plane wave, I can change the theta and phi angles.
I implemented a Jerusalem cross by a tutorial which I found on Internet and in this tutorial the author select phi=90º and theta=45º as a scan angles in the incident wave. I was wondering whether this is the normal incident or not. A priori, I think it isn't, but these values give me good results (compared to a programmed Moment Method code for normal incidence). When I try to select phi=0º and theta=0º, the result is not good at all.
Can anyone tell me how should I understand these angles as well as the polarization?
Thank you
