Dear all :

I run SDM now, But I use hspice to simulate , it need more time, Does anyone have any good method for SDM simualtion , Thanks

If you want to do system level sim, you can try MATLAB.
For hspice sim, you can substitude the digital gates with verilog models.

Time of simulation is an issue.Especially when switched capacitor architectures are used, spice takes a lot of time to simulate/converge....I think if you have already designed your circuit that you should be patient rather than making models in matlab which are good to give guidelines but not accurate results. This is my opinion.

there are many paper which concentrate on sdm modeling with Matlab.
