if anyone can give my agood and best project that i can implemented in 3 months or less than

would you be better doing the work yourself so you can learn rather then cheat at your project, This way at least you would know how it works.

What work have you done so far others may help if they can see that you have tried

A good project would be to build a device to measure the propagation speed of gravity.

A good project related to communication would be to implement channel coding (hamming codes, convolutional encoder and viterbi decoder) ... source coding techniques ADPCM etc ... modulation techniques on Matlab or a DSP processor like TMS320C6713.
