How this 12 to 24v DC step up inverter oscillates?

some one plz explain explain how this circuit oscilate

i am not getting any idea,

but this is working fine
 

12v to 24v transformer

Q1 and Q2 form a push pull amplifier, biased with resistors - AB class, and driving the primary winding of the transformer. The circuit will oscillate because of the positive feedback from the secondary winding.The secondary winding is differentially coupled to the input of the amplifier, and because of the winding polarity ensures positive feedback. The oscillation frequency is determined by resonance of the LC circuit - primary winding+100n cap.

After the circuit starts to oscilate, the amplitude will increase and will be limited to 12V on each half of the primary winding - the waveform will be almost squarewave. On the full primary winding, the voltage is 24V and is rectified with the diode bridge.

By taking the 12V signal, and alternating the transistors to turn them on and off in alternating pattern, you achieve an AC signal, you use the transformer to gain voltage with increased # turns on the output. Then you just use a bridge rectifier to turn the output of the transformer as AC back into DC and filter it with Caps to remove the ripple.

Eugen_E did an excellent job explaining how it works. I suggest you read his explanation a few more times.

If your interested in this circuit, you may wish to also look at the Royer Converter which is used commonly in energy conversion.

Self oscillating converters are the basis for many important electronic circuits. Its well worth investing some time into understanding this style of circuitry.

Can you provide me some idea that what is 4t and 13t means in the transformer ?

It is the number of turns of wire on the transformer.
