i have completed two pump design in the last two projects, maybe i can give you some advice, but i need your quentions

Is it difficult to get >80% efficient for charge pump type DC-DC?
Is it easy to get >90% efficienct for inductor type DC-DC?

for the charge pumps start to look for dickson and the derivative structures.looks for papers related to Flash memory designs.for high current requirements look for nor flash drain pumps.don't have citable references now.
