Analog and Digital Filter Design, 2nd Edition, Steve Winder

Sadly there isn't "the best book about analogic filters". Any book covering this topic has goodies and bads. But there is a very good free article about that:

link that you posted is bad,

where I can find Electronic Filter Design Handbook, Fourth Edition (McGraw-Hill Handbooks) book?

try out the following reference books

Wai - Kai "Passive and Active Filters" John Wiley and Sons
Andreas Antonio "Digital Filters, Analysis, Design, and Applications" McGronal awhill International Editions
Frankling F Kou "Network Analysis and Synthesis" John Wiley and Sons

i found them quite informative and quite indepth in their coverage the subject matter
