What is the formula to work out the voltage output from a given value of a R2R resistor ladder?

Ie. If binary value 01100101 is put on R2R ladder, what voltage will be present on output.

r-2r dac

**broken link removed**

In general the output voltage is Z * (Vcc/(Zmax+1)) where Z is the digital number

r 2r resistor ladder formula

generously,vout=sigma(di*power(2,-i))*vr, d1 is MSB,dn is LSB,(i=1~n)
