About group delay

I am a fresh man in RF.Would you please tell me that how the capacitance or inductance influences its group delay in a low filter circuit? Thanks in advance!

Re: About group delay

Group delay is the first derivative of phase (in radians) with respect to frequency (in radians/sec). The frequency response of the network affects this phase.

Re: About group delay

Gruop delay is very important ,especially in filter design. trust me!
