Hi all,

How to design the differential to single ended VCO buffer. What constrains should be taken care. How the sizing of the MOSFETS should be done. Circuit diagram is attached.

I don't think you can expect help before you release more info:

frequency range, phase noise (jitter), process technology or PDK, load impedance?
