I have done LVS and QRC successfully using PVS 15.23. But during post Layout Simulation with parasitic Extraction, getting these errors.

1. ERROR (CMI-2440): "input.scs" 16: I0.M1: The length, width, or area of the instance does not fit the given lmax-lmin, wmax-wmin, or areamax-areamin range for any model in the `p18' group. The channel width is 2.200000e-07 and length is 1.800000e-07. Specify channel width and length that do not exceed the referenced maximal area Lmax=1.020000e-05, Lmin=1.650000e-07, Wmax=1.002000e-04 and Wmin=2.050000e-07. You can choose the nearest model by setting the value of `soft_bin' option to `allmodels'.

2. ERROR (CMI-2440): "input.scs" 53: I0.M0: The length, width, or area of the instance does not fit the given lmax-lmin, wmax-wmin, or areamax-areamin range for any model in the `n18' group.

After setting "soft_bin=allmodels". getting another error.

ERROR (CMI-2213): I0.M1: The effective length is less than or equal to zero.

Kindly provide solution to remove these errors.

It seems that L and W values for both I0.M1 and I0M0 MOSFETs are within the allowed ranges.
You (or tool) did not show what is the minimum allowed area - can you check that A=L*W is within the allowed range of areamax-areamin.

If this would not help - ask your CAD group or Calibre support to help.
