@ds spice problem

Dear all,

I tryed to import Spice Model BFP-520 from Ifineon to @ds.
When I simulate bias conditions, I get message: You may want to increase the explosion current in the device model.
But the explosion current (Imax) is not defined in BFP-520 spice model.

Somebody any idea, what I can do

Thanks for help!!!

@ds spice problem

if the explosion current (Imax) not defined,the software use default value.increase the Imax value from its default value and try again.

Re: @ds spice problem

Thank you for answer.

I tryed to increase Imax in the SPICE model and get no warnings,
But the result of simulation are wrong. I get Ic = 130 mA.
Must be about 10 to 20 mA.

@ds spice problem

could you check the terminal of the model in @ds, is it correctly connected? or have you biased it correctly? I>Imax normally happened at short circuit.
