Hello,

I'm quite new to the forum and I would like to consult the other members concerning an electronic component which is I don't know what is it.

it's shown by the yellow arrow.

What is it? a mere resistor?

Yours Sincerely

Thanks

Re: an unknown component

I guess, it is what it says, a 18 milliohm resistor.

Re: an unknown component

I think its resistor because if you see properly at top of that unknown element you can see the label as RS1. So, I guess RS stands for Resistor.

Re: an unknown component

thanks a lot for your answers. I couldn't find this part here in Turkey and asked Chinese suppliers but to no avail. I don't understand why a mere resistor cannot be found in the market. One little question : what that F stands for?

Re: an unknown component

See the image below it explains the meaning of F

There are 2 on that board, some sort of meter?, I'd say its ok that value of resistor usually frys along with the board around it when they go.
You'd probably need to make something to replace that.
