Hi all
I designing a PCB with that include 2 Switching DC-DC regulators, Analog front end and digital part including DSP IC
first DC-DC supplying the power only to digital part and second for Analog part only.
AGND and DGND are in the second layer and are connected in single point.
Second layer of PS part is dedicated for "noisy" local ground (located under boost loop of the regulator) for each DC-DC and third layer for "quite" global GND connected to "noisy" under the regulator (application note for LT3508 )

What is the best way to connect this "quite" GND to both AGND and DGND?

Connect an inductor between the quiet ground and the noisy ground (typically 10uH)

...you can place nano farad capacitor between two planes....
