Re: tz2l9

Dear Turner
The PIC UPS zip files have some error, please send simple files at info@team.com.pk

Hi Friends,
here is an electrical circuit of the sine-wave invetrer with PIC16F876A
made it with Аltium Designer 08.
The PCB's view and dimension is your choice.
I upload and the Аltium libraries related with inverter circuit.
Best regards.
Taner

Re: inverter a pic

thanks for ur help bro....
but can u send me this code in Assembly??? i shall be thankful to u...

God bless u....

Dear Jetmark,
Can you share us about your sinewave inverter on pic72 with sch and code
Thanks
Mohamad

Hi Friends,
I made some changes in electrical schematics of the sine-wave inverter with PIC16F876A. I removed a very significant error related to U3 and U4 optodrivers power supply connections.
Please find the new Altium project files in attached archive.

Best regards,
Taner

Hi,

Nice project. I am thinking how to control the battery charging with the same transformer with constant current charging even mains voltage varies from 170 to 260V.
If anyone have an idea, please suggest.

thank you

Re: secondary-side pwm sine inverter schematics

Hello! Sekki. Publish, please, HEX a file to your project.
Victor.

Re: secondary-side pwm sine inverter schematics

hello viknik8
Out a rectangle wave, temperature monitoring, fan control I'm just

goo luck

Re: secondary-side pwm sine inverter schematics

Many thanks, Sekki!!!!!!!!

Dear Taner

Would you please post a charger for 12V SLA battery?

My design is a sine-wave stand-alone PWM voltage-source inverter (Not UPS)
with PIC16F876A MCU, with parameters: Uin=12V DC, Uo=230V AC, 50Hz, P=500W.
Inverter have an integrated input under/over voltage protection, output voltage regulation, output current protection and overtemperature protection.
Output voltage is a pure sine-wave, generated with built-in PWM module of PIC MCU,
with frequency 20Khz.
:D
The poor guy want a 50Hz inverter not 20 KHz

Added after 2 minutes:

PIC16F627 + DAC0800 + RC Filter = pure sine wave then you need drivers to drive your power stage.

Hi Taner,

I still don't understand how is this inverter running 20Khz and can use LF iron core (Toroid, I guess) as output power transformer. Would you please elaborate more here?

Thank you for this work.

just search Google for magic sine waves it will give you an idea

Танер where there are anodes DZ1 ?

hello I agree turkey from
Q1 and Q3 do wrong Sinewave inverter is very hot

but there's a problem I installed pic16f876 circuit

thanks

I need only the part (pic-->pwm-->sinus pwm) of Taner's circuit. I must design and programming the feedbacks and measurements of the that circuit for my project. Can you help me? If there is assembly codes, can you send me them?

Hi Taner
I from turkey Ibrahim erez
Thank you for sharing. I installed the circuit inverter is very hot but the Q3 and Q1. What is the reason Can you please help.

Best regards,
ibrahim erez

Hi Taner
Thank your for sharing your project. I'm on the process of programming the PIC. I don't understand how you construct your program, can you send me a simple flow chart of the program? my email icy_ian22@yahoo.com
thanks

regards,
yox
