high speed t/h

Hi,

can somewhere point me to some papers that discusses high speed T/H circuits with moderate to high resolution (~10b+ )

Thanks.

Seems the T/H you need is for pipeline ADC...
so charge transferring T/H or flip around ADC can be chosen, you may get help from:

W Yang etc, A 3-V 340-mW 14-b 75-Msample/s CMOS ADC with 85-dB SFDR at Nyquistinput,JSSC 12/2001
