i want to design a pcb for ADL5324 amplifier using orcad capture and layout.kindly help me to get information about the software and related procedure to design the board.

If you use 10.2 or older, I can help.

You can down load the new 16.6 as trial directly from Cadence. It is very different from the older versions, I don't know anything about it. You are on your own.

I just started learning Eagle schematic and layout, it is much cheaper, not as good as even the old OrCad 10.2.

Like what kind of help. 4 layers is easy, you need to be specific.

hi,
i am totally new to this.i have installed the software for now.my part of the job is just to design a pcb for the power amplifier circuit using OrCAd capture and layout. what are the major considerations while doing the schematic ? do we have to specify the kind of components like surface mount or through-hole right from the schematics.please help.

yes you have to specify i.e assign the respective footprints to each component .... some are available in the library but others you have to make yourself by following datasheet...

Brother as I can assume safely that you are new to this PCB stuff.... and straightaway you are going for a four layer PCB!!! I will suggest better polish your skill first, as converting a four layer PCB to two layers needs hell of optimize routing as you are reducing two layers and accommodating those nets on to two layer!!
