VIDEO SIGNAL CLEANER

Hi all
Has anybody got the source code for the velleman kit K8036 it's a VIDEO SIGNAL CLEANER it looks good. it supports NTSC/PAL but maplins seem to be asking £10000 for it. I think just to stop people buying it.
Or has anybody got nay other good type of the VIDEO SIGNAL CLEANER
or where i can find all the info to build one
