Are all I/O pins in Spartan-6 has the IODELAY2 capability ?

Are there any pins that can not use this character?

Search for UG381.
If you do not instantiate I/O buffer, delay is not implemented and all I/O's behave as usual.

Thanks,

I want to use them. I want to know if there is a limit with using them ?

According to datasheet UG381, all Spartan 6 I/O pins have IODELAY2 resources.
Check for page 47.

I think delay time is limited, **broken link removed**
