problem with 89v51rd2 & flash magic

hi,
I am using NXP 89v51rd2 microcontroller ic with burining software Flash magic & i am using simple hardware uC kit with RS232 interface. i have problem with this
problem is like this "Unable to connect at specified baud rate. Try reducing the baud rate. Fail to auto baud"

can any one tell me what is the problem and give the solution on it.

Go to this thread : Need Help - Using 8051 with RS232

dont forget to:
install flash magic and goto options -> advance options -> in hardware config tab uncheck use dtr to control rst
