Hi ,
Anyone can teach me how to design pixel ( using pinned photodiode) and timing control ,and analog process chain
to get pixel bin function ( change resolution 1/4) ?
Thanks forwards !
A Bicoms receiver design in a RS-485 tranceiver IC
speed requeriment : 50M bps
simulation result : 70M bps
But test result show , the transfer delay is 35ns , which is bigger than the spec and simulation result.
Can any one help me to analysis the reason ?
One of my guess is the PNP ( lateral...
Why the start up ckt made of M5-M7 and R3 still work after power up ?
Are they have the function of high-level tempereture compensation ?

A temperature-independent current source ckt as the image shown.
What's the operation of this ckt ?
The M5-M7 and R3 make up of the start-up ckt, but why it still be on
after power up stage ?
The temperature sweep simulation resulst show the deviration of output
current is smaller than that...
I want to design need rs-475 or rs-22 transceiver.
Does anyone has the docs or information on HV mos, LDMOS
,bipolar devices structures in bicoms process ?
Re: bipolar analog IC
But some transistor's collector is connected with the base resistor's protection closed loop. Can transistor's collector be floated ?
Added after 11 minutes:
When I say base resistor, it means the resistor type that is made up of a strip of base diffusion. I think the...
