Hi,
I have to design a digital pwm controller of the buck converter. The first step of my work is obviusly to simulate a buck converter with my calculated L and C value. These value like you know, depend on the current drawn by the load, frequency, duty cicle and output distorsion. Well..... I...
I don't belive that only parametric analysis have this type of simulation. Instead I belive there is a method to have a time dependence resistance value.
I have to do a R(t). It's impossible that the cadence or ELDO or SPICE haven't this issue.
Hi,
I'm doing a postdegree stage with ST Microelectronis. I have to make a dc-dc design to integrate in 0.35u tecnology. My dc-dc is a step-down buck converter. For the simulations I need to know how to simulate variable resistance load. I'm using cadence icfb with ELDO simulator.
Somebody Can...
My problem is that i have to generate a double current reference,12u e -12u. The value of current must be very precise. For this reazon, i can't to use a current mirror... But i would like to realize a current generator for 12u and -12u ..
Help me!!!
thanks...
Hi, I'm a old Italian student. For my thesis I have to generate a random number generator.......
I'm using cadence IC 5.1.41.
The problem is that i have to create a PDF (probability density function) by the simulation result.
My question is ..... How can I save a sampled value of simulation...
Hello . I'm italian student . I'm trying to design an opamp in cadence. I'm working in my university with National Semicondictor tecnology at 180 nanometer..... What Can I set all transistor size.
Now I'm using a circuit for 2 state...the first one is a differential couple of Pmos whit Nmos...
