There are three high-swing biases:
why the last one is sensitive to body effect? and the others is less sensitive to body effect?

what you said i have done. so far, i find the problem maybe come from the tsmc18rf PDK, because the test-DUT can run very well on the AMS enviroment when i use gpdk090 PDK. but i don't have any idea what to do next...

1.is it necessary to get a "ams" view included in the pdk?
2.if there is only a "symbol" of the "nmos2v" in the pdk, how can i get it?

hello!
In order to let the current mirror circuit match much better, i place some dummy MOSFETS in the layout, and they are not drawed in the schematic, so when i have a LVS check, it always show me that the dummy MOSFETS is unmatch.
how to deal with this problem?
