help!___how to find the BJT B-E junction Is from the model?

Hello everyone
could you do me a favour?

given the following PNP model,how can i find the BJT B-E junction reverse saturation current Is from the PNP mode?,i gues that the Is maybe is ise=1.22e-016,but i don't know for sure,and what is it's unit?finally in one word i just want to get B-E junction Is to calculate VEB(according to VEB≈(kT/q)ln(IE/Is)).

i need help,please give me a hand!!!

Hi

in hspice manual:

IBE (amp) Reverse saturation current between base and emitter. If you specify both IBE and IBC,
simulation uses them in place of IS to calculate
DC current and conductance; otherwise, the
simulator uses IS.
IBEeff =IBE . AREA . M

IS (amp) Transport saturation current. If you specify both IBE and IBC, simulation uses them in place of IS to calculate DC current and conductance;
otherwise, simulation uses IS.
ISeff =IS . AREA . M
