    cadence edit object parameter Usually, m parameter is suitable for transistor level but not gate level. m=2 means two times wider as default width. Please think about it . Maybe it will bring troubles if m parameter set to instance !

    import gds cadence Maybe you can try to exprot gds2 from L-Editor and then import that files into Virtuoso. One remark , it it better to import one technology file which Virtuosos needed first.

    Help for SRAM layout!

    layout sram It is better to add ohm contact on upper level. For example , 64M consists of 4 16M banks . 16M-bank consists of 4 4M-blocks . 4M bolck consists of 16 256k-segments. 256K-segments consists of 256K cells . Maybe you can add ohm contact in segement level .
