How can know parasitic L of capacitor?

I am simulating a charge pump. In order to know the relationship between oscillating frequency with pump drive ability, I hope to know the parasitic L of boosting capacitor in pump circuit and get the maximum frequency in theory. Near the maximum frequency , the pump circuit may work with high efficiency. Does anybody know how to extract or caculate the parasitic L of capacitor , i.e. a gate cap.
