    Thanks for that info And now another questions how do figure out what transistor i need for the following? Also if the parallel port gives out 5 volts and my control at the moment when circuit when closed passes 3.5 volts. What are the numbers that i should be looking for?

    Help me with changing power cable head

    Change power head i ended up just striping back the head because solder would not attach to the pins. and just attched the solver to the outside and the white cable to the center pin.
