Yes Multi/Single master description is not available in the datasheet. But i got those information from TI Community forum in which we have posed as a query.
Battery Pack will lost arbitration if the Processor (Mulit-master) tries to communicate with the charger IC.
But anyway good...
Following are the information given in the datasheet
"COMMUNICATIONS
The bq20z75-V180 uses SMBus v1.1 with Master Mode and package error checking (PEC) options per the SBS
specification"
I don't know how you say this will not act as a Master. Please share your view.
yes FVM, we are facing deadlock problem. Once the bus behaves improperly, then the communication is failing by locking the bus by one of master or something. Thanks for the solution suggested by you. I will look in to the application note.

We could not able to predict the device which holds the line. Can you able to get the answer for your question from with the help of connection of multi and single Masters with a same bus.
AC Line Filter Board schematic is attached here. The X2 Cap value is 0.1uF and Fuses are rated to 1.6A, Choke value is 27mH/1.4A.

Yes, what is the application for your requirement. Simple resistor and Zener diode will give you very less power (just useful to power-up a LED). I think, you are asking for TV, or Refrigerator etc, rt?
yes, i mean during powered-off, the residual current in the choke flow in reverse direction and so the X2 Cap charged. But How it will damage the Fuse during next power-up either it will create peak spike or so?

GBW is a product of Gain and Bandwidth of the Op-Amp. You can find it in the respective Op-Amp datasheet Elecstrical Specification section. Also you can find it in the graphical view Gain Vs Frequency.
I think, you are trying to use this computer speaker as a microphone for RF transmitter, right? You can't use directly, because it may have some electronics components between speaker and output wiring.
