Hi all:
I want to do a trannoise simulation for a OPA that in a ADC.
Is it possible to simulate a specified OPA that in a ADC for trannoise?
If it is possible, could you sharing the hspice command?
Thanks.

Hi all:
My IC is easy to malfunction due to EMI interference.
I did two experiments to verify it:
based on the same PCB Board and the experiment environment,
I compare my chip and competitor's, the result shows my chip
easy to effect by EMI.
The malfunction :
some Register values are error...
Hi all:
I design a PMOS current mirror, and the current ratio is 1:2:4:8.
There are two kinds of width ratio to get 1:2:4:8. (the same L=2.8u, Process is 0.153um)
1st : MB61A, W=0.36u 2nd: MB61B, W=0.36u, m=1
MB62A, W=0.72u MB2B, W=0.36u, m=2...
Hi frankrose:
Thanks for your reply.
1. The Hspice version is 2013.03.
2. I set .option accurate=1 or doesn't set it,
the results are the same. (mt0 and lis file are different)
3. Wait the circuit in the steady state may not suit for me.
Because I want to check MOS operation region, for...
Hi KS:
Thanks for your reply, and
1. which is identical test parameters?
2. VGS in the lis file is 473.3892mV, the measure result is 473.388mV.
diff = 1.2uV

Hi all:
My Hspice command:
*******************************************************
.op
.tran 10n 10u
.meas tran VGS_M1 param='LX2(XOPA.M1)'
==>the VGS_M1 value in the .mt0 and .lis are different.
Does the Hspice command is wrong?
Could someone help me?
Thanks.
Mike
Hi all:
The hspice simulation is transient, and I probe a voltage (is a parameter):
.probe VQ=par('V(Q2[0]/1.8*4 + V(Q2[1]/1.8*8')
Q2[1:0] are voltage signals.
I wish measure the result at a specific time,
.meas tran VQ1 find V(VQ) at 25us ==>It is not work
Could you help to solved it?
Many...
Hi all:
I have a formula that is current control voltage source:
CCVS=50480000*A4^4-2150000*A4^3+30150*A4^2-122.2*A4+1.85-(25-temp)*(-0.0025)
A4 is a resistor current I(R1)
temp is simulation temperature
I don't know how to use "H element" in the hspice, could any can help me?
Many thanks.

Hi erikl:
Thank you for receiving your reply.
I change the command to :
.meas dc IAVDD find I(AVDD) AT temp = 50
The hspice shows "syntax error" too.

Hi all:
I sweep temperature from -40C ~ 125C, and I want to know
the power current when Temp = 50C,
I have reference the following post :
https://www.edaboard.com/threads/181696/
and I try the meas command :
.dc sweep temp -40 125 5
.meas dc IVDD I(VDD) AT temp =50
==>the result is show...
Hi all:
I try to do your suggestion, but they are not work.
So I change the cadence environment form IC616 to IC5141,
the simulation is work (PM = 14, Gain = 60dB)
I think the problem is my cadence environment issue.
So I closed this topic.
Thanks for your help and give me the suggestions.

Hi dick_freebird:
==>Good news for me to observe further, I will try this method.
==>Yes, I agree the cell is good.
I also wish to check the parameter of Gain / GBW product of the symbol,
so I do the stb simulation.

Hi Dominik Przyborowski:
==>I modify the ground net to gnd!, the result is the same.
For these discuss, maybe this symbol really can't do the stability analysis?!!
