for chip design, SOP may be the one.
for application feild, implementatio of new Video technologies seems to be hot.
However, I think everyone posts correct idea, here.
DSP or FPGA
well, many design embed a DSP core into FPGA, since we can get an excellent system architecture
with a optimized balance between HW and SW.

Probably the only thing you have to do is to make them believe that your order is real, not an estimation. For the cheapest 4 bit MCU you may consider about the Taiwan company, I cann't remember another application with 4bit MCU except the simple toy. They may have it, even...
hi,pisoiu:
Thank you very much for your guide.
First of all, I am not considering a layout problem. But probably you are
right, it comes from the improper deal with the digital/analog power and ground.
The PCB artworker is not an experienced one.
But I hope it's not that bad, since I...
Are you using SPICE?
I am not an analog engineer but I saw in SPICE you can define many kind of stimulus.
The squarewave surely can be made.
And if you are metion about the real system.
It's much easier to generator a squarewave, is it?
It happened that recently I was bothered by a data acquisition problem.
I have a system base on one DSP.
and one FPGA implement 4 PWM channel and an ADC controller.
To test the ADC controller, I use 1 PWM channel to generate sinwave
and force the output to ADC input , and output the readed data...
