    Lmh6551 fully differential amplifier

hi, i use the LMH6551 like the schematic attached. with power 12V the LMH6551 burns and Vcm goes at 11V. i do not understand whi this appens, because in the datasheet the maximun supply voltage is 13.2V anyone as any idea? thanks

    help me for this circuit

The range of frequency is about 300Hz- 4KHz whit L1 and L2 the BLOCK1 and BLOCK2 see high impedance to DC generator, if I put a capacitor in parallel their, the impedance in audio band decrease. L1 and L2 should be greater for to see more high impedance

    help me for this circuit

I enclose the full scheme In BUS1 and BUS2 there are audio and power (28V) BLOCK1 and BLOCK2 talk and listen and vice versa When send the audio signal from AUDIO-IN of BLOCK-1, at the out AUDIO-OUT of the same block there should be no signal, because IC1 sum signal and cancel them if the...

    help me for this circuit

this is part of a more complex circuit instead of the trasformerr could be a capacitor and the phase is the same ground on the right is the mass of the entire circuit

    help me for this circuit

Yes,I compare OUT1 and OUT2. But, how I do get a difference of 180, also by changing the circuit?? I can't remove L1 and L2 tanks

    help me for this circuit

Hi, I have a problem with this circuit: AUDIO-IN is a sine wave that goes from 300Hz to 4KHz. the sigals OUT1 and OUT2 should be 180 degrees out of phase. but they are out of phase about of 110 degrees. I don't understand why..... This is a problem for my application. someone could help me...

AD8017 connecting output to negative input

Re: AD8017 thanks i understand... but, there is anoter operational like AD8017 but with wider band at gain =4 to drive balanced line ??

AD8017 connecting output to negative input

Re: AD8017 thanks... but, where are the fig. 38 and 39 on the datasheet???? there are only 12 figures... If i use the AD8017 whit gain=2 whit 2k2 resistance in the feedbak to drive 100 Ohm balanced line, there are problem???? thanks..

AD8017 connecting output to negative input

AD8017 Hi, I use AD8017 to drive 100 Ohm balanced line. I use AD8017 like inverter amplifier with gain=3 The circuit work wery well.. If i connect the OUT of AD8017 whit negative input(voltage follower) and i connect the positive input at VCC/2 the IC burns...(the AD8017 is connect at single...

    PA amplifier mismatch load

but, I don't understand if the problem is the DC bias or IN-OUT matching.....

    PA amplifier mismatch load

Yes, you are right ,without load is extreme condictions normally it works whit antenna... but, if I cover the antenna whit hand (is possible because it is a portable trasmitter), it is difficult to hope the antenna is perfectly matched...

    PA amplifier mismatch load

I dont' want to work without load, I tested my circuit on extreme condictions because it is a portable equipment, and the antenna can be mismatched whit hand and the efficency of the system worsens the current of the system goes high and battery discharges fast I would like to reduce the...

    PA amplifier mismatch load

This circuit is the final RF amplifier of portable radiocontrol, the problem is that I mismatch the antenna whit my hand, during the normal operation, the efficency goes low and the battery discharges more fast

    PA amplifier mismatch load

I attach for you my circuit In origin I used the BFG520 at Vcc=5V, but now I use the 2SC5754 at Vcc=3V I set Vbias for Icq= 15 mA without RF signal When I drive the PA whit RF signal at 915 MHz 13 dBm, I get Pout=24 dBm whit Ic= 120 mA, the efficency is about 70%...This is good for me...

    PA amplifier mismatch load

but, then depends of type of the transistor??? for my application, I use the 2SC5754, this is used for cellular,i think is good but the mismatch load is NOT defined on data sheet........ If I use BFG21W for my application, is better???? the mismatch load is defined 6:1
