Does anyone know if the subthreshold n factor in (I=It exp((VGS-VTH)/(nVT))) has large variation with process corner and temperature? And also is the n factor the same in parasitic BJT current equation? Thanks!
comparator sigma delta
really?
I think comparator nonlinearity is a key issue in sigma delta design, because it can not be attenuated
by loop, is itn't
Thanks khouly
I have tried this before, but still have some problem , when you do FFT with trans sim, you get the output spectrum with center freq and harmonics, so you can only get voltage or power of one point frequency , I wonder if there is some way to get the steady state and do AC sim ?
Thanks,LvW
use CT subsitute is a good idea, but unfortunately, we can not get some second order effect such as charge inject or parasite in our simulation , it's not very convenient for performance improve, isn't it?
I wonder how to simulate switch capacitor circuit such as SC filter 's frequency response in ADS , in cadence I can use PSS and PXF , but how can I do it in ADS?Does anyone know it ? Thanks very much!
thanks jiangxb,
how can I define the range of the time-domain random number? Need I to calculate the opamp noise and transfer it to effect of digital output?
thermal noise in adc
since trans. simulation in cadence would not show the effect of thermal noise such as opamp , How can I add it in the ADC output 's FFT ?
I use bootstrap switch in sampling phase to improve linearity of MDAC , I cann't determine whether need I to adopt bootstrap switch in holding phase ?Thanks
