Okay so the current would be in the range of around ~0.4mA - ~0.23mA... Also wanted to know will the neon light be sufficient to drive a phototransistor if the circuit is isolated in a housing. If possible provide me with details of different phototransistors..
Thanks in advance, :-)
Jiripolivka any idea of how much current would be flowing through the neon lamp..? Also wanted to know why the human body does not feel the electric shock when we touch the tester..?
Hello Everyone,
Please provide me with info on the basic Electric tester circuit which we use in our homes to test live and neutral connections, and which also comes in-built in a screw-driver with a small neon l.e.d. If anyone has any links of how the circuit works please post it here..Need it...
Hello everyone,
I am building a electric circuit wherin a Relay is connected between Live and Earthing and another Relay is connected between Earthing and Neutral to provide supply to my testing unit. Although it serves the purpose of not switching on the unit if the Liive and Neutral are not...
@Tahmid:Pin 8 is not shown in proteus...
I still get the same error even after changing the uln and connecting the diode...the interrupt part does not get executed whereas the temperature sensor part works fine... i checkd all the connections on the board there is no problem...i am working on a...
m uploading a image...please see if it is correct connection for diode..?

I implemented this circuit in hardware..the temp sensor part is working fine...but when i give the interrupt..the relay RL3 doesnt switch after 8 sec...can you tell me what is the problem....
Hey i did not get the calculations for
With 4MHz clock, instruction cycle is 1us.
So, timer 1 overflows every (1us * 65536)*8 = ~524.3us.
and if i am using a 10mhz crystal..how will i calculate the time when timer1 overflows..and why have u stored 0x00H value in timer1?
I also have a question in the above circuit..i cant get where is the other terminal of the soil moisture sensor connected to? I mean the 1st one is connected to terminal 6 and what about the other terminal....?
I found this circuit..frm internet is it ok?

I dnt knw the relationship betn Ra and Rb..
and wer do i connect the other terminal of soil sensor..?
