Hi, I m making an power amplifier from 1-30Mhz which gives output of 600 watt, I m using ADS software and using transistor MRF422 , but there is problem in getting gain in the required range (images are attached), so can anybody help, telling me where could be the problem?

anybody know transistor on ADS library which lie in the range 1-30MHz.
Secondly I want s-parameter of MRF150 or MRF151 from 1-30MHz in order to import that transistor on ADS software, which is not available in datasheets available on internet, if anyone know its s-parameter from 1-30MHz?
