transistor on ADS software

anybody know transistor on ADS library which lie in the range 1-30MHz.
Secondly I want s-parameter of MRF150 or MRF151 from 1-30MHz in order to import that transistor on ADS software, which is not available in datasheets available on internet, if anyone know its s-parameter from 1-30MHz?
 

ADS has its own library... Read the docs. to import a component into schematic...
