    Why the output BGR voltage is a concave curve in my bandgap design?

    Bandgap design I can only have two guess: 1. Pay attention to the Resistor Temp coefficient, adjust the resistor value. 2. The bipolar model become less accurate at high temperature. It always happens to me. In your case,maybe the real measured curve will not like things you posted.

    Frankly speaking. a 10 mv variation can be expected in Vbe across corner. To get such a accuracy of <1mv, you have to add trim circuitry.

    Re: Deep N well You are right! I mean it is another "N well implant". Added after 3 minutes: In fact, NMOS with deep N well is of more reality. It's just another N implant between substrate and the device above. It act as an isolation layer.

    Re: Deep N well Simply speaking, use another n well implant between NMOS device and P substrate.The device has good isolation from the substrate.
