the simplest way is to save any audio file *.wav (8 bit , 8 khz, mono, 7kb/s) format and save this audio into eeprom like 24c512 through ponyprog.
and to play directly read from eeprom and write it into the top value of PIC TIMER IN FREQUENCY MODE.

your mosfet working is totally depend on gate driving circuit,frequency ,vgs etc.
to fully switch on the mosfet ipd90r1k2c3 vgs must be 15 volt.
in cathode ray tube or vacume tube there is a absence of matter but as soon as cathode is heated by the heater in CRT it emits electrons which is then accelerated by the horizontal and vertical diflecton plates toward the screen and u see a spot of light...

hey i have attached a software for you . have u download it or not ? it is more better than heperterminal . hyperterminal is obsolete and typical.
if you do not download it than download from below link.
use this software it is very very helpful and easy to use in place of hyper terminal
only select the com eg com1 or com 2 whatever in your pc
select baud rate, same as your micro controller settings eg. 9600
select data bit = 8
select parity = none
select stop bit = 1
select handsahking = none...
